Una Residences

Una Residences is a brand-new boutique waterfront building located in the Brickell neighborhood and offering spectacular views of the bay and the city. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, Una takes inspiration from the elegant shapes and materials of classic yacht design. The building will be instantly recognizable by the sweeping curve of its dramatic silhouette. Its striking architecture will be complemented by lush gardens designed by the world-renowned Enzo Enea, an extensive amenities program, and private boat slips. The 45-story tower will offer 135 spacious 2- to 5-bedroom residences ranging from 1,102 to 4,786 sq ft, all with private elevator entries. Residences will feature chef’s kitchens with Gaggenau appliances and master suites with separate his and hers closets and bathrooms. Una’s waterfront condos are also perfectly situated close to Brickell, Coconut Grove, and the beaches of Key Biscayne. Una Residences will be completed in 2023.

Waldorf Astoria Residences

Located in Downtown Miami, Waldorf Astoria Residences is the latest and most eagerly awaited project to join the Miami skyline. Rising 1,049 feet and rising 100 stories, Waldorf Astoria Residences will become the tallest building in Miami, surpassing even the Panorama Tower. Designed by famous architect Carlos Ott, the building will resemble nine stacked glass cubes arranged at different angles. The first 3 cubes contain hotel rooms, suites, and amenities, while cubes 4 through 8 contain residential units—and the last cube is dedicated to penthouses. The cubes offer 360 1- to 4-bedroom residences ranging from 873 to 3,256 sq ft. Interiors are designed by BAMO and feature 10- to 12-foot ceilings, custom kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, smart-home technology, and master bathrooms with rain showers and custom Italian vanities. Each residence offers stunning views of the city and Downtown skyline, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Waldorf Astoria Miami provides residents with 5-star amenities and is close to all the entertainment in Downtown Miami.

Aston Martin Residences

Aston Martin Residences is a 66-story soaring glass tower located in the last available waterfront parcel in Downtown Miami. This eagerly awaited project is the first for the famous automobile brand. The building offers 391 condominiums with 1 to 5 bedrooms, duplexes, penthouses, and a triple penthouse. Floor plans range from 754 sq ft for a 1-bedroom unit to 3,994 sq ft for a 5-bedroom unit and from 8,871 to 19,868 sq ft for penthouses. Each unit offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the ocean, and the iconic Miami skyline. Ceiling heights are 10 feet in the residences and 12 feet in the penthouse, and each apartment comes fully finished with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, premium white marble flooring, top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances and Bulthaup kitchens, bathrooms with European cabinetry, and private balconies finished with high-end porcelain flooring and glass railings. Aston Martin Residences will be delivered in 2022.

The Markers

The Markers is located on Grove Isle, a 21-acre private island in Coconut Grove. The Markers offers just 65 residences (including 14 bi-level penthouses) with 2 to 5 bedrooms and ranging from 2,200 to 5,000 sq ft.
