New construction at the epicenter of Miami

Located in Downtown Miami, Waldorf Astoria Residences is the latest and most eagerly awaited project to rise over the Miami skyline. Designed by famous architect Carlos Ott, the building will resemble nine stacked glass cubes arranged at different angles. The first 3 cubes contain hotel rooms, suites, and amenities, while cubes 4 to 8 contain residential units—and the last cube is dedicated to penthouses. The cubes offer 360 1- to 4-bedroom residences ranging from 873 to 3,256 sq ft. Interiors are designed by BAMO and feature 10- to 12-foot ceilings, custom kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, smart-home technology, and master bathrooms with rain showers and custom Italian vanities. Each residence offers stunning views of the city and Downtown skyline, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. Waldorf Astoria Miami provides residents with 5-star amenities such as a pool, event rooms, a spa, a fitness center, a restaurant, and more.

Then comes the laundry room and two bedrooms, each with a closet and private bathroom with a shower. Next to the living room is the master bedroom, with its large walk-in closet and its bathroom with a tub, showers, and toilet room. Finally, there is the balcony, which offers stunning views of the ocean and the city skyline.
