One of the most beautiful new developments of this year

Edition, the famous luxury hotel brand will build a new 55-story tower in the Edgewater neighborhood that will offer breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Miami and the Miami Beach skyline.

Architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, the founder of Arquitectonica, designed the glass tower and Studio Munge designed the interiors. There will be one to four bedroom residences, with layouts ranging from 1,952 square feet to 3,864 square feet, starting at $1.7 million. There are also plans to build three tri-level penthouses with incredible pools and rooftop gardens.

Construction will begin in mid-2023 and take approximately 36 months. Though it’s a long ways off,a sales gallery will open in late 2022. Edition hopes to attract buyers who already love its hotels. In partnership with Two Roads Development, a South Florida real estate developer, the tower will resemble a permanent stay at Edition Hotels, with hotel-like amenities, perks and concierge services.

Residents will have access to exclusive privileges at Edition properties around the world and will enjoy VIP status and preferred rates at all hotels in Marriott International's luxury portfolio. Edition and the architects will offer a high level of customization to future occupants. Regardless of the style or color palette chosen by residents, they will benefit from the highest quality European-style furnishings and equipment, exceptional materials and other high-end design features for a demanding style.

The only commonality between the residences is that they will all have private foyer and elevator entrances, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, and 10 to 14 foot high ceilings.

There will be more than 45,000 square feet of amenities, such as two pools with private cabanas, a fitness center with dedicated yoga and spinning rooms and a beautiful spa. For residents with visitors, six guest suites can be reserved, which is great for visiting family, friends,...

Families are more than welcome as there are plans to create a children's club with a playground, a private screening room and a tower club lounge.
