Where to Live

There are many great options in Miami when looking for a new home for your family. Below are some of our recommendations for houses in a quiet and safe environment but still in the middle of it all:

- Gables Estates:  Gables Estates is located off the palm tree-lined Old Cutler Road in the southern section of Coral Gables and is bordered by the picturesque Biscayne Bay. Gables Estates is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential communities in Florida, offering residents world-class facilities and truly luxurious living with plenty of amenities. The family-friendly neighborhood is also home to some of the best schools and educational institutions in Florida along with a variety of activities.

- Edgewater:  Other than its ideal location, in the center of Miami and just minutes away from Downtown and the artsy neighborhood of Wynwood, Edgewater has a lot to offer.  Any commute is easy as it is located at the crossroads of all of Miami’s major links and essential spots. In many ways, Edgewater is the most unique neighborhood in Miami.  While part of Downtown Miami’s business district, Edgewater distinguishes itself by its mellow and convivial atmosphere. It is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of it all, and enjoy a comfortable environment.

- Coral Gables:  Coral Gables can be defined as the most upscale, close suburb of Miami, gathering the most premium real estate in the Miami area with the best schools including the University of Miami.  Old meets the new in this city with both the luxurious, historic Biltmore Hotel and the newly developed Miracle Mile just steps away from each other.  Each area is host to some of the finest shopping and dining in the city, making Coral Gables one of the most sought-after areas of Miami.

- One Thousand Museum:  In front of Maurice Ferré Park, this luxury residence is ideally located in the heart of Miami. Designed by Zaha Hadid, the tower’s fluid curves are an iconic piece of architecture.  This limited collection of museum-quality residences offers luxury finishes and amazing views of the bay and Miami skyline.
