New Luxury Developments Coming to Miami

The Villa Collection at Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach

Ritz-Carlton Residences offers 111 luxury waterfront residences as well as 15 villas designed by famous architect Piero Lissoni. The units are ready to live in, but you’ll have to wait until 2022 for the villas. Eight of them are waterside with private boat docks, and the seven others are landside with lush tropical landscapes. Villas will be two-story residences with 3 to 5 bedrooms, ranging from 3,263 to 5,154 sq ft. They will feature custom-designed kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, expansive hurricane-resistant windows and doors, an air-conditioned two-car garage, a fenced private yard, and a private pool. Starting price is $4.38M.

Baccarat Residences Brickell

Baccarat Residences is a new hotel residential development that’s scheduled to be delivered in 2025. The project will be composed of three towers rising 57, 77, and 82 stories, with hotel, office, and retail spaces. There will be 375 units with 1 to 4 bedrooms each, and residences will feature 10-foot ceilings, Italkraft cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and a touchscreen monitor for concierge and security. Owners will have the choice between four flooring options. Starting price is $945,000.

Onda Residences Bay Harbor Islands

Onda is a new 7-story development offering 41 luxury bayfront residences. Designed by award-winning Arquitectonica and landscaped by Enzo Enea, Onda is the latest real estate project by Valerio Morabito and Ugo Colombo. Residences will range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and from 1,809 to 5,073 sq ft, and the units will feature floor-to-ceiling, impact-resistant sliding glass doors and windows, open floor plans, up to 9-foot ceiling heights, Snaidero kitchens with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, Italian flooring throughout, bathrooms with Italian marble and wood cabinetry, and spacious tiled terraces or private gardens. Onda Residences will be delivered by 2023 and the starting price is around $1.6M.

160 Marina Bay Fort Lauderdale

Scheduled to be completed in 2022, 160 Marina Bay will offer 16 luxury waterfront condominium residences and private boat slips in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. With only four residences per floor, each unit has 3 bedrooms and ranges from 2,875 to 2,918 sq ft. Residences will feature flow-through layouts, private elevator access, 10- foot ceiling heights, expansive terraces with direct water views, and kitchens with Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Starting price is around $2M.
