Our Selection of the Tallest Residential Buildings in Miami

Miami has America’s third-tallest skyline with over 300 high-rises, 80 of which stand taller than 400 feet. As of 2020, the record is held by the 868-foot Panorama Tower. But there are other residential skyscrapers that also offer luxury living and panoramic views.

Panorama Tower

Completed in 2018, Panorama Tower is Florida’s tallest building. Located in the neighborhood of Brickell, the 85-story tower has 821 residences with 1-to-3-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,142 to 2,191 sq ft. The building offers 100,000 sq ft of amenities, such as a pool with a sundeck, lounges, movie rooms, a fitness center, and more. Panorama Tower is in a prime location close to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, Downtown Miami, and Miami Beach.

Aston Martin Residences

Even though Aston Martin Residences won’t be delivered until 2022, it is already one of the most eagerly anticipated projects in Miami. Rising 816 feet above the ground, this 66-story residential building will have 390 residences from studios to 5-bedroom units, all ranging from 698 to 10,463 sq ft. It will offer 490 linear feet of marina and 42,275 sq ft of outstanding sky amenities—spanning four levels—all connected by a monumental glass staircase between the building’s 52nd and 55th floors. Located at the heart of Miami, Aston Martin Residences is close to the Financial District as well as Miami Beach.

Four Seasons Residences

Rising 789 feet, the 70-story Four Seasons Residences is home to 270 units, all offering spacious floor plans that range from 1 to 4 bedrooms (plus penthouses) and from 1,114 to 8,805 sq ft. Completed in 2003 and designed by Handel Architects, Four Seasons Residences in Brickell offers sophisticated interiors and modern amenities with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the city. One Thousand Museum

Designed by Zaha Hadid, the 62-story One Thousand Museum’s unique and elegant design makes it instantly recognizable.
