Nightlife Experience:  The Best Rooftop Bars in Miami

- Sugar:  Situated on the 40th floor of the EAST Miami in Brickell, this hotspot is influenced by Balinese flair with a hand-carved wooden bar, tiki-style lounges, and lush landscaping. It’s also the highest rooftop bar in Miami, offering sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and the downtown skyline. This secret garden is one of the best places in town to watch the sunset and enjoy original Asian-inspired cocktails and tapas.

- Watr:  One of the rare rooftops right on the beach, Watr offers a stunning view of the ocean with Polynesian-inspired decor.  Located on the 17th floor of 1 Hotel South Beach, Watr has been voted in the OpenTable Diner's Choice Awards:  Best Sushi, Best Scenic View and Best Late Night Find.

- Area 31:  Area 31’s 16th-floor lounge may not technically be on the roof, but its view of Downtown is amazing. Inspired by the local culture, the chef created a seafood menu that offers both quality and elegant cuisine.  Located in the KIMPTON Epic Hotel, you can enjoy spectacular views of Downtown, Biscayne Bay and Brickell Key.

- Juvia:  This popular spot, located on Lincoln Road, offers sweeping views of South Beach. Named after the indigenous nut tree that nourishes Brazil, Juvia sits at the rooftop of the Herzog & de Meuron building. Here you can enjoy a mix of French, Japanese and Peruvian cooking styles while overlooking South Beach’s tropical ambience.

- Highbar:  This 1970s-themed playground is situated at the DREAM hotel and is centered around an infinity pool.  While the DJ drops the beat, relax in your private cabana just minutes away from the beach.
