Coral Gables

Located southwest of Downtown Miami, Coral Gables has Mediterranean accents and is one of the oldest cities in South Florida.  Historically rich and well known for its canopied and shaded streets, Coral Gables is home to many historic houses as well as different exclusive gated and private communities such as Gable Estate and Coco Plum.  Coral Gables can be defined as the most upscale, close suburb of Miami, gathering the most premium real estate in Miami with the best schools, including the University of Miami.  Old meets the new in this city with both the luxurious, historic Biltmore Hotel and the newly developed Miracle Mile just steps away from each other.  Each area is host to some of the finest shopping and dining in the city, making Coral Gables one of the most sought-after areas of Miami. You can find a villa for less than $3,000,000 around Anderson Avenue or Riviera Drive. You can also find waterfront villas near the golf at The Biltmore along Granada Boulevard.

Miami Beach

A long stretch of sand, colorful streets full of tropical Art Deco inspiration, a diverse crowd of people, wooden shacks lining turquoise waters…Miami Beach offers an exotic atmosphere and a true break and contrast from Downtown Miami’s urban atmosphere. Miami Beach is a prized place for real estate and offers a range of choices:  you can buy in South Beach or on one of its islands (Normandy Isles, Venetians Islands, Star Island, etc.). For less than $3,000,000 you can find properties in Palm & Hibiscus Islands that owe its reputation to its luxurious residences and feature unique architectural styles such as Art Deco, Miami Modernism and Mediterranean.  Located halfway between Downtown Miami and Miami Beach, Venetian Islands are also a good place to find a home within your budget.   In Miami Beach, the villas along Alton Road and the Miami Beach Golf Club are a great option.

Sunny Isles Beach

If you prefer a decentralized location in Miami, Sunny Isles Beach is the perfect alternative.  The charming streets of this area are almost exclusively comprised of mansions.   Residents can satisfy their appetite for food or activities just mere minutes from their haven.  From shopping to outdoor activities, Sunny Isles Beach residents appreciate a range of leisure activities. Residents with families will not have to endure a long commute to assure a quality education for their children:  the city features elementary schools, middle schools and high schools.  If you are looking for a villa for less than $3,000,000, the streets near NE 39th Avenue and 194th Trail are a quiet place to live near parks and the beach. North Bay Road is worth it too if you are interested in a waterfront villa.
