Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is a great place to raise a family in Miami. Located South of Brickell, Coconut Grove’s bohemian vibe sets it apart from other Miami neighborhoods. Indeed, it is one of Miami’s most preferred residential markets and is a safe area in which to live, thanks to its 24/7 police patrols. Coconut Grove is very walkable and offers plenty of family activities, shopping, dining, a playhouse, and some of Miami’s best private schools, including Carrollton and Ransom.

Coral Gables

Considered one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the United States thanks to its lush tropical gardens and Spanish Colonial homes, Coral Gables is prized by families. Indeed, the area is very safe and conveniently located near Brickell and Downtown. Coral Gables provides an abundance of parks, golf courses, and cozy restaurants. The neighborhood is also home to excellent schools, such as St. Thomas, Gulliver Prep, and the University of Miami.

Key Biscayne

Key Biscayne is luxurious and quiet, full of family-friendly bike paths and outdoor spaces. As one of Miami’s most exclusive neighborhoods, this enclave attracts young families looking for parks, marinas, and beaches. Along with being one of Miami’s safest neighborhoods, Key Biscayne also features one of the best public schools in Miami, only accessible for residents of the island: the K-8 Center. The island attracts many wealthy families from all over the world and offers some of the best waterfront residences in Florida.
