A serene atmosphere between lushly landscaped gardens and ocean

The private residences at Eighty Seven Park by Renzo Piano were designed to seamlessly embrace both park and ocean in Miami's most coveted seaside neighborhood. The building has 70 beachfront residences over 18 floors with private elevator access. Units consist of 1- to 5-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,018 to 4,140 sq ft and feature American oak, Italian stone, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and wraparound terraces.

Eighty Seven Park is the first residential project in the United States created by Pritzker Award–winning architect Renzo Piano. The property is surrounded by a lush, green landscape, including the redesigned 35-acre North Shore Park immediately to the south and an expansive private garden for residents to the north, both designed by the renowned landscape architects at West 8. Ideally located along the beach, this place brings a serene and calm atmosphere thanks to its gardens while being close to fine shops and dining options.

The private foyer opens to the kitchen and the living/dining room. Next to the kitchen is the master bedroom, which features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet room. On the left side of the unit are the powder room and the two other bedrooms, which both feature a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms and the living area provide access to the expansive wraparound terrace, with its views of the ocean and the private park.
