Sky Villas have two stories, 5 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and feature an interior of 6,695 sqft and a terrace of 4,340 sqft.

On the first level of the unit is a foyer that, on the right, gives access to the den with a private bathroom, the laundry room, and two bedrooms, which each feature a closet and a private bathroom with a shower.
