Why Buy a Home in Aventura?

Situated on the outskirts of Miami, the city of Aventura was founded at the beginning of the 70s. Aventura is particularly famous for its mall, the fifth largest in the United States. But this is not its only appeal—which is why Aventura is a good place to buy a home.

An urban development near Miami

Aventura attracts a significant number of retirees and young parents, as residents can enjoy all the amenities they desire within a short distance from their homes. Residents also enjoy the close proximity to Downtown Miami—a definite plus for those who want to take advantage of both Central Miami’s entertainment and Aventura’s golf courses—and the famous Aventura Mall with its 315,000-sq ft three-level wing and its many designer shops, including Chanel, Cartier, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Prada, and more.

While the neighborhood is rather residential, its architects made sure to maintain the lush vegetation and tropical landscape distinct to Miami. Beyond skyscrapers and exotic flora, residents can also enjoy a leisurely stroll on quiet streets lined with Mediterranean-inspired villas.

A constant real estate market

According to the Q2 report 2020, the real estate market in Aventura is stable. The price trend indicator shows a slight decline in the condos’ average price (-10%), but despite that, the listing inventory fell to -3.2%. It’s a good time for buyers to score a deal! Buying in Aventura is less expensive than Miami and still offers all the amenities you might need: shops, restaurants, golfs, parks, and a short drive to the beach. This is a good compromise for those looking for a quiet place that is still nearby to stores and entertainment.
