Once on the island, most people drive golf carts—which can easily navigate the narrow streets—to visit the state park or take a leisurely ride along the magnificent sandy beaches. According to the Q1 and Q2 2020 reports, there were more condos available for sale this year compared to 2019 (+14%). - Mashta Island: This is one of the most prestigious locations on Key Biscayne with some of the best views. Indeed, the western side of the island features direct bayfront views, while the eastern side overlooks Hurricane Harbor. Here, most homes feature open floor plans with in-ground pools. This location is quiet and lushly landscaped.

- Oceana Key Biscayne: Oceana Key Biscayne is a luxury building fronting the ocean and designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica. With 142 condos and 12 adjacent luxury villas of 2-to-5-bedroom units, Oceana is located in Key Biscayne near restaurants and golf courses. Modern amenities include gated entry, 500 feet of private beach, pools, a fitness center, spa, tennis court, and 24-hour concierge service.

- Ocean Tower One & Two: These towers, built in 2001 and 2002, give way to stunning views of the ocean. Rising 15 and 16 stories, respectively, they each house 111 condos of 3 to 4 bedrooms.
