Lush Neighborhood, Lush Lifestyle

Located southwest of Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove was founded in 1873 by artists, intellectuals, and avant-gardists who wanted to escape from the stress and effervescence of urban life while still benefiting from the advantages of the city. This pedestrian and bike-friendly neighborhood has roots predating Miami, mixing its early Bahamian influences with a modern and family-friendly twist. Coconut Grove is a tropical oasis with an abundance of lush gardens and a warm, laid-back atmosphere that features charming boutiques, galleries, gourmet restaurants, sidewalk cafes and more.

An Attractive Market

Coconut Grove is a stable market that continues to attract new people.  According to the Q2 report of 2020, the average sales price slightly increased for condos (8.7%).  Concerning homes, prices dropped slightly by 6.7%, making it a great moment for buyers to score a deal.  It is also a good time to buy a condo in Coconut Grove as the listing discount is about 9.3%.  Single family home and condo price trend indicators showed mixed results but remain stable.  Single-family listing inventory continued to show significant declines from the prior-year quarter. This shows how this market is attractive.  If you are interested in buying a house in Coconut Grove, now is the perfect time.
