Coral Gables Section

Before Coral Gables' incorporation in 1925, the city's founder, the visionary George Merrick, and his family settled in the early 1900's into what is now designated as the Coral Gables Section. Properties in this area range from quaint single story homes to grand Mediterranean estates overlooking to the Granada Golf Course.  Some of the most beautiful streets in the city also lie within this neighborhood: Alhambra Circle and Country Club Prado feature a green median and tree canopies, North & South Greenway drive is lined with grand estates overlooking the Granada Golf Course, and Coral Way, perhaps the most photographed street with its impressive towering banyan trees. Some of the city's most important historical structures can also be found in this area including the original "Merrick House" and the Coral Gables Country Club.  

Situated within walking distance to the Miracle Mile, and just minutes from MIA, the Coral Gables Section is sought-after for its tranquil setting, mix of charming and stately homes, many of which date back to the early-to-mid 1920's, and central location close to the best the city has to offer.
