Italian Village

One of the qualities that makes Coral Gables unique is its architecturally distinct villages inspired by different regions from around the world.  The largest and most spread out of these villages and one of the most well-located is the Italian Village: an enclave of 63 single family homes, 17 of which feature grand estates built between 1920 and 1928 inspired by the extravagant Italian farmhouses of the past.  These homes showcase charming details such as exterior stairways, picturesque walled gardens, beautiful loggias, and vine covered walls.  Single story, mid-century homes primarily make up the remaining properties, creating a pleasant juxtaposition within the neighborhood. 

The area as a whole is also famous for its well-manicured, tree-lined streets, spacious lots, and central location within blocks of Riviera Country Club and the Shops at Merrick Park.
