Pine Tree Drive

Named for the signature Australian Pines that line the street, Pine Tree Drive is not only one of the most historically significant areas in Miami Beach, it is also host to some of the most prestigious real estate in all of Miami. Originally used as the plantation road to provide transportation and shade for John Collin's tropical crops, the area was later developed by Carl Fisher boasting grand estates to attract wealthy northerners to the nascent Miami Beach community, making Pine Tree Drive the product of two of the city's founding fathers. 

Today, Pine Tree Drive is still lined with grand estates showcasing the stunning architecture of the 1920's and 1930's, along with some impressive contemporary mansions.  Nearly half of its residents enjoy a prestigious waterfront location, and the area is highly sought-after for its close proximity to multiple golf courses, beaches, and popular destinations for luxury shopping and fine dining like South of Fifth, Wynwood and the Design District.
