Bayside Historic District

Miami's Bayside Historic District was officially designated in 1991 and lies between the picturesque Biscayne Bay waterfront and the bustling Biscayne Boulevard and between NE 68th and NE 72nd Streets.  Lush landscaping lines the neighborhood's streets along with historic homes showcasing Miami's changing architectural styles throughout history including the classic Mediterranean Revival, iconic Art Deco, and more current modern. Multiple parks can also be found along the bay front including Baywood Park and the expansive Legion Park which is host to activities such as tennis courts, a dog park, a boat ramp, BBQ's, and more!  The area's location is also popular for it's proximity to the Design District, Wynwood, Miami Shores, and Miami Beach.
