Flagler Grove Estates

Flagler Grove Estates is an enclave of 72 homes ideally located in the north part of the village of Pinecrest.  Originating as a prosperous citrus grove in the 1920's, the area was eventually developed in the 1940's with small, charming homes on spacious acre lots.  Today, the majority of the properties still maintain a lot size of over 1 acre with the smallest pieces of land sitting south of SW 104th St and still containing an impressive 28,000+ sqft.  The neighborhood is characterized by pristine landscaped streets lined with a mix of classic mid-century homes alongside more imposing clean contemporary estates.
