Palm & Hibiscus Islands

Palm and Hibiscus Islands are sister private, manmade islands nestled between Miami's bustling downtown and the famous South Beach, making it one of the most exclusive residential enclaves in South Florida. Originally developed in the early 1920's during the Florida land boom, both islands have a storied past with one of its most notorious residents, Al Capone, spending the Prohibition and final years of his life overlooking the vibrant blue waters of Biscayne Bay and coveted city views of Miami.
