The Caribbean was originally a landmark hotel structure built in 1941 and renovated in 2008, at which time a second tower with 19 stories was attached to the original building to offer more luxurious residences. It includes 108 1-to-4-bedroom units ranging from 704 to 3,911 sq ft. Residences have floor-to-ceiling windows, so nearly every room in every apartment looks out over the ocean. Units also feature 9- to 10-foot-high ceilings, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, marble and granite bathrooms, and a wide array of designer finishes.
