Brickell’s history
Known as a “Southern Manhattan”, Brickell owes its name to a very wealthy family which was part of the very first pioneers who participated in Miami’s development in the 1800s. Among the many projects the Brickell family can be credited for, there is the construction of numerous prestigious residences located on what is nowadays known as Brickell Avenue. Real estate development boomed in the 1900s: the well-to-do moved in, causing Brickell to be known at the time as Millionaire Row.
The 70s also played an important part in Brickell’s real estate development: huge buildings, luxury hotels, and high-end condos prevailed, transforming the landscape. The opulent-looking neighborhood turned into a real financial district. Brickell has since been taken over by global corporations and exclusively comprised of upscale condos offering state-of-the-art amenities and exclusive services, such as swimming pools and private gyms.
We offer several high-end residences in Brickell. For example, one nested in the prestigious Echo Brickell building. There is also the Upper Penthouse Flat Iron, which as one might guess from its name, is a lavish two-story penthouse in the majestic Flat Iron building.
